Overlooking the bustling Swinomish Channel, Palmer’s light-filled dining room is a wonderful setting for a meal of alder-grilled salmon, king salmon Provençal, Samish Bay oysters or many other sea foods; meat entrees such as lamb shank or grilled flat-iron steak; or pasta dishes such as sesame prawn penne. All are prepared with fresh ingredients from area farmers, fishermen and ranchers.

The wine list features reasonably priced French and domestic selections from the Northwest and California, all chosen to complement the menu.

Breads served at your table are prepared daily at the restaurant and are also available for take-out in the bakery shop at the front of the restaurant.

Desserts, too, are prepared in-house. On request, Chef Palmer will prepare a flaming Bananas Foster at your table.

A full bar offers spirit and libations and a menu of pub favorites in a relaxed atmosphere.

And courteous and knowledgeable wait staff are eager to bring it all to your table.
